There is a lot of uncertainty around when the NBA season will start. There have been talks around starting on Christmas which would give NBA teams only a few weeks to prepare with their full roster. With the NBA draft on Nov. 18 and they need a couple weeks for free agency so NBA rosters won't be final until the beginning of December.
