"נשא את ראש", הנאמר בתחילת פ' נשא, מורה בפשטות על "הגבהת הראש" [ואף שזה נאמר לחלק משבט לוי, אעפ"כ ה"ז שייך לכאו"א מישראל, כפס"ד הרמב"ם ש"לא שבט לוי בלבד" אלא כל יהודי ש"נדבה רוחו", נתנו לו את כל האפשרויות להגיע לכך, ועד לדרגת "קודש קדשים" וכו']‏ – ‏ועי"ז הגבהת כל האדם. כי על האדם להתנהג באופן כזה שכל עניניו מונהגים עפ"י שכל (שבראש) התורה, כך, שיהא ניכר, שהתורה היא "תורתנו"‏ – ‏בכל זמן, בימי החול ועאכו"כ בימי שבת ויו"ט, ובכל מקום ה"ה מתנהג לפי הוראות התורה.

At the beginning of the parashah, the literal meaning of the words “Naso es rosh,” is to “lift up the heads,” through which the entire person is elevated. (Though the verse refers to a portion of the tribe of Levi, nevertheless, it applies to every Jew, as the Rambam rules, “not only the tribe of Levi” but every Jew whose “spirit inspires him” is given the full potential to attain even the level of the Kohen Gadol and the Holy of Holies etc.). For a person must conduct himself in such a way that everything he does is guided by the intellect (in the head) of the Torah, so that it is evident that the Torah is “our Torah” – by acting according to the directives of the Torah at all times, on weekdays and certainly on Shabbos and Yom Tov, and everywhere.
