一個颱風天早上，兩位同學 Alex 和 Jenny 在聊天，擔心學校和公司是否會停課停班。

English Dialogue

Alex: Did you hear the news? A typhoon is coming tonight.

Jenny: Yeah, the government might issue a land warning this evening.

Alex: Do you think school will be suspended tomorrow?

Jenny: Maybe! If the wind gets too strong, they usually cancel classes.

Alex: I hope so. I have a big exam, though.

Jenny: Same here. But safety comes first, right?

Alex: True. My parents are worried about a power outage.

Jenny: We should prepare flashlights and some instant noodles.

Alex: Good idea. What if the office is closed too?

Jenny: Then everyone gets a sudden day off!

Alex: Sounds nice, but I hope the storm isn’t too serious.

Jenny: Fingers crossed. Stay safe, okay?
