老婆很喜歡吃蛤蜊,前幾天又特地買了兩斤大蛤蜊回來,剛好這蛤蜊跟隔離同音,那麼就來個怒吃蛤蜊以破除"隔離"現狀,好讓本人可以恢復正常上班、小孩正常上課啊!
炒製這盤菜餚時,一定要注意蛤蜊開口笑的時機,而且一定要全程大火,鍋子夠熱蛤蜊才會開門見客,然而蛤蜊如果當天買回家後不馬上煮,可以放進冰箱冷藏,但切記,一定要打開塑膠袋透氣,不然蛤蜊會因為缺氧而亡,那可就傷心了!
🥎干貝爆炒空心菜
空心菜也叫蕹菜,是一種枝幹中空的蔬菜,因而有空心菜的稱呼。空心菜能夠煮湯也能夠清炒,更能透過與肉類的搭配而獲得更為高調的滋味,真的是一種很適合家庭料理的菜餚!
