Description
Much of the focus of parliament this week has been on the government's response to the Optus triple-0 outage last month which has been linked to at least three deaths.
Communications Department officials told Senate estimates Optus sent two emails alerting the department to the outage to an incorrect address, leaving the department in the dark.
