'Terribly disappointed': City of Adelaide reacts to COP31 loss

Description
After more than three years of lobbying, Australia has dropped its bid to host next year's COP31 climate summit, with Adelaide missing out on the global stage and an economic boost.
It's left a bitter taste for many in the Festival State, with South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas labelling the process "obscene".
The City of Adelaide's Lord Mayor, Dr Jane Lomax-Smith, says she's "terribly disappointed" at the outcome.
