2. When you are feeling unclear about a situation in a relationship, do you make assumptions about what is or isn't happening? If so, what motivates you to assume instead of communicate?

3. Are you looking for others to meet your standards or are you looking for them to meet your expectations?

4. How do you use your words, thoughts and actions to honor yourself in relationships?
