We was invited to participate on a weekend of circa max training in Finland. Circa max is a preparation cycle from the Westside Barbell system to peak the performance. Circa max is usually planned over three weeks. So we are going to participate in week 2 with Kankkonen and his crew. In this episod, I call him and let him explain what its about.
