Eva Serra, Integrative Counsellor

A BACP registered therapist specializing in adults, blending child and adolescent psychotherapy expertise gained from three years in school settings. She has witnessed children naturally accessing altered states of consciousness, guiding their emotional and cognitive growth.

In her private practice, she guides adults toward integrating past experiences by focusing on their bodies, the present moment, and breathwork, fostering self-love over fear.

Using visualization techniques and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), she helps individuals process emotional blocks and painful memories. Through personifying emotions and exploring narratives, she aids deeper self-understanding, embracing life's natural rhythms for lasting joy. In working with parents, she creates reflective spaces using tools like role play and sand tray work, supporting them on their parenting journey.
