Welcome to the very first episode of the 60+ Podcast! We’re very excited to launch, as the show has been living in our psyches for quite some time. As we approached and then headed into the 60s of our own lives, we’ve had a lot of thoughts about how people can thrive instead of simply surviving. So many people are living phenomenal lives in their 60s, 70s, and 80s. This podcast is an opportunity for us to jump into deep conversations with a variety of interesting people and find out how they’re living at their best.

From kids leaving the house to retirement and new careers to starting and ending relationships, many are making big life changes at this stage. On the 60+ Podcast, we’ll cover all kinds of topics, including health, sex and dating, starting and running businesses, and more. Here, we share the story of how we met and why we decided to start the show. We also share a little bit about our journeys and how they shaped who we are today. Life doesn’t end once you hit 60, and there’s still an amazing life ahead. Our mission is to show you how it’s possible and create a supportive community to lean on.
