In this month's episode we speak with our Deputy Chief Probation Officer over Facilities, Shauna Conner and our Contracts Manager, Gina Temporal.
We break down the contracts and procurement process (Rate For Proposals -RFPs and the County Selection Committee (CSC) in the Alameda County Probation Department by the bay and we go a little deeper, getting to know two of our valuable team members as they discuss the importance of the process and the teamwork, with each other, the clients and our service providers.
