Labour Members Eddie Carver and Daniel Taylor discuss plans to build a new energy from waste facility in North London. Eddie from the Stop The Edmonton Incinerator Now campaign talks about the environmental impacts of th is proposal and the campaigns efforts to get the North London Waste Authority to consider alternative plans comensurate with tackling the climate and ecological emergency. The plans have been opposed by Labour branches accross Hackney and will be discussed at the upcoming Hackney North General meeting 27th Feb 2020.
