Description

HIV: the epidemic continues during the pandemic. COVID-19 is currently dominating many healthcare conversations, for good reason, but we must not forget HIV is still out there and an issue, especially within African American and Black communities in the U.S. For this episode, we have Quenita Oats (Prevention and Sexual Health Program Manager for Metro Inclusive Health), Shundra Allison (Tampa Bay community activist and owner of The Burg Cares), and Darius Lightsey (Public Health Services Manager from the FL Department of Health) here to  open a dialogue about HIV prevention and impact during COVID-19.
