If there is one thing Corporate America was talking about in 2020 it was DEI. A global response pushed companies into deciding where they lie on the social spectrum, having to answer the question, "Is racism bad?" (We can help them out, yes, it is.) 2022 marks two years since the civil unrest around George Floyd, what shape are these DEI programs in now?
