Having a complete, calculated and well-built foundation is the key to building and physical structure,

Without one that's carefully planned, things can go very wrong when stresses to the structure and storms come to shake it.

As humans, we are the same way.


As a believer on my Christian walk, this has become the foundation to my life and way of being. If you're not a believer, what are the set of foundational values "the rock" that you're building your life upon? The structure and support to carry you through adversity? Humility, boldness, honesty, humbleness? 

Do some digging within yourself, and build a foundational set of values for yourself that won't get eaten away by the storms you face.
