Lauren is like so many of us. After finishing high school she attended university only to realize that she didn't particularly love school and she didn't know what she wanted to do after graduating.

Having grown up spending her summers working in a variety of small businesses in a small cottage town in Northern Ontario called Honey Harbour, Lauren was presented with an opportunity. An opportunity that not only gave her life the direction she had longed for but unlocked a newfound sense of passion and drive.

Now, 5 years later, after opening "The Hive" in Honey Harbour, which is now considered to be a destination on Georgian Bay, Lauren has opened her second location, just across the bay in the popular ski town of Collingwood.

It hasn't been an easy journey, as Lauren shares with us in the episode, but it has been worth it.
