Chandell achieved the title of Sales Leader with Nutri-Metics at the age of 14 while still at school, and went on to work in Corporate Business Development and Marketing in a number of industries for over 10 years. In 2005, Chandell suffered from professional burnout and severe depression as a result of many years of suppressed emotions and stifled disappointments. In 2006, after months of therapy Chandell discovered Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the answer to her issues of self-worth and achievement.
