In this episode I share with you the story of the sawmill employee and his box of sawdust and how it stands for us being too busy to actually do our jobs. Let's turn that around and save time to perform better as leaders.

As a leader it isn't always easy to keep focus on the things that actually matter in the everyday chaos of work and life. It's a normal reaction to become so occupied and adopt tunnel vision that the mass of details becomes blinding. As a leader you can only plan, offer guidance to your team and carry the water if you give yourself space to think, reflect and act upon the right things.
