02 : Diversity or Adversity?
Description
We’re very excited to dive into this second episode to talk about our experiences growing up with accents in Canada! We also call out the danger of performative diversity and quotas and finish the episode reflecting on the good and the bad of highly intersectional characters in television shows as we ask ourselves: "Is there such a thing as “too intersectional” or does it simply reflect real human experiences and lives?"
Don’t miss your chance of hearing us say “showcase” way too many times!
