1. It's a show about ideas + dialectic, not ego.

2. We wouldn't want to feel constrained from delving into controversial territory for fear of losing our day jobs.

I go by 'badger' 🦡 and my co-host goes by 'fox' 🦊.

In this episode: we examine the problems Americans face when trying to purchase or rent a home and touch on  some of the issues with commercial real-estate. Far too often Americans are forced to spend half their paycheck on housing alone and this is unacceptable. 

Real estate is often viewed as an investment - - it should be seen as a basic necessity of life.

We need to go back to first principles - what is housing? What is commercial real-estate? What do we want from it, collectively, as a society?
