There is virtue in strife, and glory in sacrifice; Do not let suffering also make a fool of you. There is a point in destitution, where shame and preconformed notions fade. In the darkest times, it's easiest to see the faintest of light - a beacon you were meant to follow from the very start. Don't let extremes take you, be balanced in your approach, resolute in your actions, and patient in your pursuits.
