In this episode, I speak to the guys from Unboxd( Gloria Agboifoh,Tolu Adeshina and Ridwan Egbeyemi) We talked about the different options of transitioning into the tech industry and how you don’t have to be an engineer or developer before you can transition. We looked at the role of harnessing your passion and use that energy and zeal to make the switch. We looked at the Unboxd story, how it all started and how the journey has been so far, the ups and down and what we should we expect from Unboxd. We rounded off with how each one of us should give back to the community and not just support from afar, either by volunteering,coaching or mentoring.
