Enjoyed this episode regarding tents. I did have to chuckle a little bit when you remarked about tarp versus tent. When section hiking the AT Connecticut Massachusetts border sharing my tent with two dogs, my dogs were tucked into my sleeping bag way at the botto, in the middle of the night an animal visited and was circling and rubbing against the tent. Eventually, it left, but I was really happy. I was in a tent.
