Everything becoming a bit much? This binaural rhythm has been specifically designed with the aim of reducing stress and inducing an overwhelming sense of relaxation and calm.

A collection of studies have demonstrated the benefit of binaural beats for stress and mild anxiety, and as an adjunct to traditional medical therapy for those with moderate to severe anxiety. This podcast should be avoided whilst driving or doing other activities which require alertness and attention.
