Description

Michelle Sisto - Associate Dean of Graduate Studies, Associate Professor of Decision Science at EDHEC | Yes, it is okay for things to not always go as planned! Michelle has build a very successful career over time, but one that certainly was also build on uncertainty at times. Whether coming to Europe for a vacation and staying for life or going back to studies at the age of 40 to complete her PhD in Finance, Michelle shows us why it is important to sometimes take a leap of faith - Careers are not linear! Working alongside young professionals everyday, Michelle also tells us what patterns of success she observes and why connection is key at that point of development.
