During our conversation, Delaney and I chatted all about what it was like to start Girls Club, including some of the trials and tribulations she's faced along the way. She also shared the #DelaneyWisdom she has for girls hoping to land a job in sports, her thoughts on the importance of failure, and the real story behind how she got to spend a whole evening with the Stanley Cup.
