Brad has over 26 years of leadership experience in the construction industry. He has guided project teams from concept through completion, making him an expert in all aspects of the building construction process.
Most recently, he served as Vice President and Operations Manager for Turner Construction in Chicago. In that role, he led more than 200 staff and oversaw $700 million in annual revenue.
Throughout his career, Brad has emphasized safety, culture, and continuous improvement. In 2025, he launched LPM Advisors to help owners and stakeholders achieve project success through innovative construction consulting.
