However, you need to be prepared to spend some time with customer service to take care of your people when your opt in really starts taking off! People will send you love notes telling you how much your opt in rocked their world, but they may also need a bit of help. Customer service is important for opt ins too, especially if you want to turn your new subscribers into clients or customers!
