My first solo episode! Disclaimer: It is very unedited and unfiltered. In this episode I’m trying to raise awareness about Irritable Bowel Disease (IBD). It affects roughly 1% of the population and it is a chronic autoimmune disease. Navigating through this diagnosis has been tough for me, but also rewarding at the same time. I wanted to share my experiences with y’all and just some thoughts/reflections.
