This is without a doubt the strangest time to welcome in a new cohort of Creative Apprentices. Before COVID19 shook things up, we hosted three amazing groups and developed the program to be impactful for both Piper Creative and each individual Creative Apprentice that joined us for 10 weeks. Today, we are excited to welcome in a new group and look forward to making some cool stuff this summer.

In this episode, Aaron discusses his focus during this fourth iteration of the program, the reading all apprentices are asked to complete while onboarding, and why he is trusting the rest of the Piper Team to play a role in the development of the Creative Apprentices.
