They are our present and our future, although it's not quite in their hands. This is the generation that's already bringing change to pale, male and stale boardrooms around the world, but will they run out of time? Belinda is a youth advocate for sustainable food systems who has just completed an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London. 

Kailin Jo Spencer 

Kailin is a senior at the University of Washington – Seattle focusing on sustainable curriculum advocacy within the Foster School of Business and researching small business sustainability.
