On February 14, 2000, 9-year-old Asha Degree packed a bag and left her home in the wee hours of the morning and vanished. She was spotted walking down the side of the highway in the freezing rain without a coat, but for the last 23 years, the Degree family and all of Cleveland County are still wondering where is Asha Degree?
