Welcome to the very first episode of Sign on Crew, I work onboard the cruise ships for 8 years, every time I touch this topic in a casual conversation, I get lot questions, from how is like to work onboard, it is very hard to get hired, how did I managed to be there for that long, and many other questions.

During this episode, I will be interviewing Alejandra a colleague that worked with me at the Guest Services Desk, onboard the Adventure of the Seas back in 2012, she is from Central America and she will tell how did she become a crew member and her experiences onboard the cruise ships, I hope you enjoy it.
