As per our conversation with Vicki Condon AM, today we explore her journey in completely restarting her career at age 40 and building the Raise Foundation - a leading Not For Profit organisation aimed at improving youth wellbeing and engagement through early intervention mentoring programs in schools and communities.
Vicki deems it a "mid-life crisis", but we think her story is pretty inspirational. Vicki's tenacity and passion excites us as we talk about pursuing work you love, just giving it go and the power of the mentoring from both a mentor and mentee perspective.
