Drawing from Psalm 34 and Peter’s encouragement to those who suffer for righteousness, he reminds us that our hope shines brightest in seasons of pain and trial. When we’re mocked or mistreated, people aren’t opposing us, they’re opposing God.
The sermon challenges us to examine our posture toward sin, the condition of our hearts, and how God may be using our suffering for His glory.
