Episode 11 of of the US version of Queer as Folk is discussed: Emmett and Ted cope with an HIV test. Debbie pays Brian a visit to scold him about his treatment of Michael resulting in Brian hosting a surprise birthday party for him. Tracy and Dr. David unexpectedly appear at the party and fireworks ensue when Michael is outed to Tracy and Dr David attacks Brian.
