We hear from three employees who've all joined at very different times of scale and significant growth.

The very first employee Dr Jason McPhearson, two and a half year Culture Amp veteran designer Nicole Dominic and one of the most recent hires visiting the Melbourne office from the US, Stephanie Sutton.
