James started his carer at a big corporate - Deutsche Bank - where for 6 years James was building a career as a software engineer.

But then James ventured into entrepreneurship. He did this by joining an entrepreneurship program - that we are talking about in the episode - and launching his own fitness app.

Now James has something that can be truly called a "portfolio career": he is still running his business on the side, but came back to full employment - but this time round he chose a smaller growing company that can satisfy his entrepreneurial itch. James is also a certified career coach helping people in tech and finance to make their next big career step.
