I've come to identify as "team life" first, "team success" second. When these values compete, I choose my life every time—a perspective that wasn't learned from a mentor but through the lived experience of this podcast journey. This shift opened me to greater alignment in how I structure my business and my days, finding freedom in surrender rather than forced productivity.
