Okay, so Happy New Year! Happy 2026!!!

So in this milestone episode ☺️ I reflect on how my work with women’s pleasure has evolved over time. Ya'll we have evolved honey! What started as teaching about pleasure/orgasm....turned into something much deeper: helping women orient their bodies toward pleasure in a way that actually feels safe, intelligible, and doable, not performative or confusing.

I discuss what I’ve learned through years of study in sacred sexuality, personal experience, and consistency (lots of consistency), and why chasing orgasm has never been the answer. When pleasure perception shifts, orgasm stops being a fluke. It becomes a natural outcome of alignment….not try this, try that.

There’s reflection, a little perspective, and yeah....a moment where I realize my daughter has quietly witnessed this entire evolution! Which honestly......aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! 😆😍🥰

This episode is both a marker and an invitation as I prepare to open a new pleasure series and keep walking this path with you.
