Functional doesn't always mean Purposeful. And sometimes we measure things that don't actually matter. It's one of the most agonizing conundrums. That blend between measuring what matters and measured what's actually being managed. How do we split hairs and wear do we over do things. See in a world gone data there's a lot worth knowing.
