It's finally arrived! Comedian Heidi Regan has given us all permission to wallow in the lost love of Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams and once again lament the fact that no one but Rachel will be kissed they way Ryan kissed her at the VMAs... but unless it's Ryan doin the kissing, what's the point?

Theirs was a love straight out of a Hollywood film, going from hate to love - and in any good romcom, the director would have yelled 'cut' straight after that VMAs kiss and let them walk off into the sunset, but alas, they were in charge of their own destinies and theirs wasn't the fairytale ending of our dreams.
