  • The work culture we operate in can have a big impact on tying our exhaustion to our income. We start wearing exhaustion as a badge of honor and fear what will happen to our income if we prioritize rest and boundaries.



  • Listen to your body’s signals and don’t worry about how it aligns with the time of day. Denying yourself food when you’re hungry, sleep when you’re tired, or a bathroom break when you’ve gotta go is disconnecting yourself from your body.
