Heather Fell is a Beijing Olympic Silver Medallist in Modern Pentathlon, a discipline made up of five sports: épée fencing, pistol shooting, 200m freestyle swimming, show jumping and cross-country running. Since retiring in 2014, Heather has established a career in media, working as a commentator at the 2016 Rio Games and as a co-host of triathlon's biggest Youtube channel Global Triathlon Network. Last year, Heather made her Ironman debut in South Africa, where she immediately qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
