#102: Lynn Keane - Ironman, Marathoner, Suicide Prevention, Boston Marathoner, Mental Health, Awareness, Resilience and Perseverance
Description
On this episode of Le Run Down I spoke with endurance athlete and suicide prevention advocate, Lynn Keane. She loved running in school and was competitive on the track before taking a long hiatus from the sport, coming back at age 39. Running and triathlon remain a huge part of her life. It helped her to grieve over the tragic loss of her child, and allowed Lynn to find a path forward showing tremendous perseverance and resilience.
