103 15-minute Speed Coaching with Victoria Shepherd
Description
Episode 103 – 15-minute Speed Coaching with Victoria Shepherd
Welcome to our brand-new episode format – 15-minute Speed Coaching Sessions for Veterinary- and Pet Care Professionals!
The rules of the game are as follows:
· Episodes will be in-the-moment, off-the-cuff and unscripted.
· Coaching sessions will be 15 Minutes MAXIMUM, so wherever we finish, we finish…
· Which means that we might not find complete resolution to your question, but we will certainly get the thought process started!
In this episode, I chat to holistic groomer and aspiring behaviourist (currently with a behaviour certification), Victoria Shepherd, who has questions around communicating the possibility that her patients may be in pain to both the caregiver and the caregiver’s vet.
As pet professionals who spend a lot of time with their patients and put their hands on them A LOT, groomers often recognize signs of pain or discomfort. And communicating that to the caregiver and the GP vet can be challenging.
I absolutely LOVED recording this episode and it ends with a bit of a cliff hanger… so tune in…
