Team turnover happens to every single manager at one point or another and I was never taught how to manage this. After leaving previous marketing roles and becoming a manager myself I have created a checklist of what to do to enable as smooth transition as possible - and to avoid the panic the day after they leave. In this episode I cover the 5 buckets that I do during their notice period, including my most valuable piece of advise that has made such a difference to managing that transition period as best as possible.
