Jen Wilkin and her husband Jeff, join Ben and Lynley on The Glass House to discuss their ministry journey and the dynamics of their marriage as Jeff supports Jen in vocational ministry. These two dive into the topic of envy and insecurity in ministry and have a wealth of knowledge and wisdom for couples who may find themselves struggling when one person's ministry is thriving more than the other's. Jen emphasizes the importance of serving where you are, while Jeff highlights the need to be a cheerleader for your spouse and support their calling. Through sharing their personal experiences and challenges, they share the importance of staying informed to details, the value of maintaining a work life balance, and the significance of having genuine friendships.
