No guest this week so listen to me if you choose for a few minutes talk about changing our lease and finding good out of what is going on in the world:

- reflect this lockdown, it will only happen one time in our life (hopefully) so take advantage of it
- Consistency and challenge yourself to be better
- Call to action - choose to do one thing tomorrow that you are uncomfortable with and do it the next day and the next day and the next day to build character and a better you!
