In today's episode, I talk about the philosophy behind my training and why I train my clients like I do. They don't all do the same thing, but at the same time they do. Functional training is the main modality here for my clients. Whether they're athletes or they are just recovering from surgery, functional training has helped them all reach the top of their game.
